Ever wondered which app has genuinely made your life literally easier? Instagram / Myntra / Zomato? No? Then Microsoft teams? A very big "NO".

Being a person who has never really liked E-commerce apps much because of quality issues, shipping & wait time, complex return policies at some platforms, always preferred going to store and buying things myself.

My experience with Zomato has never been great. Every time I ordered something - it led to a headache due to poor quality food , I can literally count how many times I have ordered food online. Myntra has disappointed me at times with it's late deliveries and failed transactions. 
So, I was never a big fan of using these apps, until I used "BLINKIT- India's Last Minute app".



As the tagline says 'Last Minute App' has literally made my life easier. One fine afternoon in December, it was freezing outside and my cook was about to come , Since  I couldn't gather the courage to step out I decided to order vegetables on blinkit and that day changed my perspective. I was amazed by the delivery speed, order was at my doorstep within 9 minutes , with vegetables fresher than what I often got from local street vendors. I thought okay, may be this just one time experience.


In January, I realized I had no milk at home and it was already time to get ready for the office. So I ordered milk and Chocos. 'Breakfast ready within 12 min' , thanks to blinkit. Since then, there has been no second thought about going to the store for groceries. 


How blinkit has helped me -
1. Sending 'Bounty' to my mom on a random afternoon just to make her smile.
2. Realizing it's my friend's b'day today! Sending her chocolates , soft toy.
3.Groceries. Ofcourse.


Ice cream games.
Glass water games - to keep yourself hydrated 
in summer.
Things which I love the most about this company-
1. Packaging- One of Blinkit's smartest marketing tools. The company puts effort into customizing packaging based on occasions and seasons. Whether it's a Mother's Day gift or an order placed during scorching summer heat, the packaging often feels thoughtful and personalized. 


2. Quality- Fresh vegetables, good-quality products, and even practices like avoiding late-night milk deliveries so that fresher milk can be delivered in the morning.


3. Not just grocery- One of the most choicest thing of the platform is that it does not offer only grocery, like big basket. You can find every good you wish -your hobby material , gift item for your friend etc.



4. Delivery charge- Unlike other apps, delivery gets free after very nominal amount.


Why only BLINKIT and not not Zepto or Instamart?
"Not available at your location" , "Unable to find the item by this name" most of the times I get to read this from other apps similar to blinkit. But I have rarely faced this problem with this platform, no matter which city I'm in.


What can Blinkit improve? 
Well , nobody is perfect and hence with blinkit as well there is a scope of improvement. One challenge I faced while using the app is- at times, I couldn't track the location of the delivery boy. But the best thing is, technical glitch is always fixable.

Big Pack Sizes- Blinkit often offers products only in larger quantities. I wanted ₹20 ketchup sachet, but ended up buying 800g pack. as that is the only option of minimum quantity.

Blinkit- Please keep fresh flowers as well instead of just dried flowers bouquet.
